Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of damaged, stale, or incorrect products reported within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Approval is solely at the discretion of Sumi's Farm.
6. Product Storage
Our microgreens should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed within the recommended freshness period. Sumi's Farm is not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, graphics, and designs, is the property of Sumi's Farm and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumi's Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.
